Your Subscription: Plans, Pricing & Renewals

Read the story

Keel is built to grow with your business. Start with a free trial, upgrade when you're ready, and keep everything running with simple renewals. No surprises, no lock-in.

The Free Trial

Every new shop gets 7 days free with full access to Keel's features. Add products, log sales, try the reports, explore the dashboard — everything works. At the end of the trial, you choose a plan to keep going.

Basic: KSh 500/month

The Basic plan covers the essentials: sales tracking, inventory management, service orders, expense recording, customer profiles, stock alerts, and basic reports. Everything you need to run a shop day to day.

Pro: KSh 1,000/month

Pro adds everything in Basic plus: a live website and storefront, P&L charts and CSV/PDF export, social media scheduling, WhatsApp and Telegram bots, QR codes and print catalogue, website analytics, M-Pesa reconciliation, invoices and online payments, the Keel Assistant, and priority support. This is where Keel becomes a full business operating system.

Renewals

Renew through the Payments & Billing page or the renewal modal in Settings. Pay with M-Pesa or card, and your subscription extends by 30 days. The moment payment lands, your access continues — no downtime, no re-login needed.

What Happens When It Expires

If your subscription expires, Keel shows a lock screen with your expiry date and a renewal button. Your data is safe — nothing is deleted — but you can't access the dashboard until you renew. Renew and everything is exactly where you left it.

Who It's For

Every Keel shop. The trial lets you explore risk-free, Basic covers the fundamentals, and Pro unlocks the full power of the platform. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings → Billing.
