The Notification Centre: Everything That Needs Your Attention

Read the story

You have overdue invoices, a payment just landed, a customer sent a WhatsApp message, and three orders are due tomorrow. Instead of hunting through every page, open the Notification Centre — one drawer that shows everything that needs your attention.

The Bell Icon

Click the bell icon in the top bar and the Notification Centre slides open from the right. A badge on the bell shows how many unread items you have — so you know at a glance whether something needs your attention before you even open it.

Grouped by Priority

Notifications are grouped by type and sorted by urgency. Overdue invoices come first, followed by due-soon orders, unsent drafts, new payments, unread WhatsApp chats, scheduled posts, subscription reminders, and stock alerts. The most important things are always at the top.

Read and Dismiss

Click an item to go straight to the relevant page. Hover over an item and click the X to dismiss it. The 'Mark all as read' button clears everything at once. Keel tracks what you've seen so items don't reappear — once you've dealt with it, it's gone.

Today's Pulse

At the top of the drawer, a daily pulse strip shows today's revenue, number of sales, and expenses — a quick health check before you dive into the details. You see the big number first, then the specifics.

Unread Chat Bubbles

If you've connected WhatsApp, unread customer messages appear in the Notification Centre with per-conversation badges. You can see who's messaged without opening the Inbox — so you never leave a customer waiting.

Who It's For

Every Keel user. The Notification Centre replaces the habit of clicking through five pages to find what matters. One click, everything you need to know.
