When customers start paying you online — for invoices, for orders — you want to know where that money goes and when it lands. The Payments & Billing page answers both questions in one place.

One Place for Your Money

Payments & Billing shows the total money received through Keel, what came in this month, and a six-month trend so you can see how online payments are growing. A table lists your recent online payments with the invoice, customer, payment method, and amount — everything you need at a glance.

Connect Your Settlement Bank

You don't need a separate payment provider — Keel handles everything. You just add the bank account you want payouts sent to. Once it's connected, money from online payments is settled to that account, typically within 1–2 days.

Transparent Fees

There are no hidden cuts. Keel keeps a small 1.5% service fee on online payments over KSh 300 to run the platform, and everything else flows through to your bank. Payments under KSh 300 incur no fee at all. The page shows you the money coming in so you always know exactly what to expect in your payouts.

Where to Find It

Find Payments & Billing in the Other section of your sidebar, or under Settings → Billing. It's part of the Pro plan, along with invoices and online payments — the tools that turn Keel from a record-keeper into a money collector.
