Pro plan & Meta setup
The WhatsApp bot is a Pro feature. Keel completes the entire Meta onboarding for you — you never see a webhook URL, verify token, or access token. Meta sends a 6-digit code to the number you entered, you type it in, and the bot is ready.
Connected numbers answer customer questions automatically from your services, products, and shop info. Replies to customers who message first are unlimited, and your usage stats show on the integration page.
