Low stock and critical stock alerts
Never find out you're out of stock from a customer again.
Setting your threshold
- 1Open Settings from the sidebar.
- 2Go to the Notifications tab.
- 3Set the low stock threshold — for example 10 units for fast sellers, 5 for slow ones.
- 4Save, and the whole app respects that number.
How alerts appear
Products below your threshold are highlighted in the sidebar and on the Overview page. There's also a hardcoded critical threshold of 2 units which produces an unmistakable alert — restock before you run out.
