Website not showing
- 1Make sure you've set your URL in Settings → Store.
- 2Product shops: publish products from Inventory — unpublished items never appear on your site.
- 3Check you have a stable connection and refresh.
Data not loading
- 1Refresh the page.
- 2Log out and back in.
- 3Check your connection. If it still fails, contact support.
A payment didn't go through
- 1Check your internet connection.
- 2For card/payment gateway purchases, try again after a few minutes.
- 3Contact support if it keeps failing.
