Using the Keel Assistant
Ask questions about your shop in plain English and get answers from your live data.
What it can answer
The Keel Assistant reads your shop's live data and answers in plain English — 'What did I make today?', 'Which products are nearly out of stock?', 'How do I print a receipt?' It also explains how to use Keel by referencing the help guides.
How to ask
- 1Open Assistant from the sidebar (a Pro feature).
- 2Type your question in the chat box, or tap one of the suggested questions.
- 3Read the answer — where relevant it shows the underlying numbers and links to the guide it used.
- 4Follow up naturally to narrow things down, e.g. 'only this week'.
Privacy
Keel Assistant works from your own shop data and the help guides; nothing you ask is stored. Answers are generated fresh each time.
